As a Lowcountry resident since 2022, I have dedicated my career to protecting the unique properties of Hilton Head Island and Bluffton. My background as a Property Manager and Property Manager in Charge (PMIC) gave me a front-row seat to the challenges coastal homeowners face—from extreme humidity to the high demands of the short-term rental market.

Transitioning into professional Home Watch was a natural step. I realized that for many owners, the greatest stress isn't the big storm; it's the "what ifs" that happen when the house is empty.

My Philosophy: Peace of Mind Through Proactive Vigilance

To me, "peace of mind" isn't just a catchphrase—it’s a standard of service. My philosophy is built on three pillars:

• The Power of Presence: A vacant home is a vulnerable home. By maintaining a consistent, physical presence, I deter issues before they escalate.

• The "PMIC" Standard: I apply the same rigorous attention to detail I used in full-scale property management to every visual inspection. I look for the small signs—a slightly higher humidity reading or a pinhole leak—that others might miss.

• Transparent Communication: You shouldn't have to wonder if your home is okay. My goal is to provide date-stamped, photo-documented proof so you can enjoy your time away without a second thought.

Beyond the Inspection

When I’m not at a property, you’ll likely find me making the most of our beautiful Lowcountry backyard. Whether I’m at the beach with my kids, out on the golf course, or enjoying the outdoors, I am proud to call this community home. I treat every property I watch as if it were my neighbor's—because it often is.
